The last time I was 50-50, and now I am 60-40 (left dominant). Why? I also did the test – for the 3rd time in my life – and was quite surprise. I think the brain is the most awesome organ in the body. Gosh, I almost missed this one, and it is one of my most favorite interests. Professional education tends to stifle right brain thinking and this needs ot thrive to allow the next Newtons, Einsteins,Curies, Franklins and Edisons to blossom. I am a medical teacher and use a lot of right brain actions in teaching creativity and contingency. lClear, succint and explaisn the theories and experiments very well. It is interesting to note that when she lost her ego, she found a certain amount of peace and she lost of her sense of time (no more rushing - time didn't matter to her). The left-brain is also the seat of the ego.

Some people are more dominant on one side or the other but you can't change that anyway. Question: What side of your brain is better right or left?Īnswer: There is no better side as I understand it. Your question is difficult to answer for that reason. More recent studies of the brain suggest that most of us use each side fairly equally. Emotions that are expressed and recognized by other people come from the right side, so an emotional event will be remembered by the right side. Question: Which subjects are stored in the left brain and right brain ?Īnswer: The left side of the brain may have more facts, but people use both sides of their brain. Answer: I found an article that states when children learn on the abacus rather than the tradition methode they are training the right side of the brain.
